Despite having two names on the cover this book is a team effort. 

As the very first in what we aspire to be a series of works, this book will forever hold a special place in our hearts, as it formed the perfect escape during our very busy lives to dream and imagine a world outside of our own. 

We would like to thank our husbands for their never ending support, our sons for their patience and our friends and family for lending an ear.

We were overwhelmed by the support and the number of voices saying "you've got this, we believe in you".

Thank you to our parents who dealt with our individual reading obsessions as kids which have resulted in writing obsessions as adults.

We would be amiss to not thank the musical groups BTS and Stray Kids who helped solidify our friendship and taught us that chasing your dream is always valid.  Every lyric, every Run BTS  and SKZ Code episode that we watched together, was a reminder to enjoy each moment and honour life for the adventure that it is. 

This book is truly a passion project and we hope that you will fall in love with the characters as we certainly have.

And lastly, to each other, we say: Thank you for being my reminder in finding my voice and living my truth.  Never forget, it's just a bad moment, not a bad life.
